Ticket Information and Policies

Availability: The availability of tickets changes frequently right up until a few hours before the performance. Even "Sold Out" performances may have tickets available if someone cancels. This page always has the most current information, so please check here often (rather than sending email), and see "Buying tickets at the theatre" below.

Prices: Some performances have both regular and discount ticket prices. Discount tickets are intended for: senior citizens, current students (K-12 or college), or for those buying tickets for multiple performances at once. The number of discount tickets for each performance is limited, so be sure to order early if you need discount tickets!

Your tickets: Please bring a printed copy of the email receipt you received from PayPal as your ticket(s) for the performances and for dinner (if you purchased a dinner package). There will not be any physical tickets to mail or pick up. The theatre and restaurant staff will also have a list of all reservations.

Payment: Please note that if your online payment isn't made within 24 hours of reserving your seats, or 3 hours before the show starts (whichever comes first), your reservation may be canceled to allow others to buy tickets.

Buying tickets at the theatre: If a performance still has tickets available and online ordering has closed, tickets will be available at the theatre box office. They will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The box office opens 30 minutes before show time. Payment at the box office must be made with either cash or a check. The theatre is located at 1201 North Tioga Street, Ithaca, NY. See a map and directions.

Refunds and exchanges: Refunds or exchanges of ticket purchases may be possible up to 24 hours before a performance. After that, all sales are final. Please email us if you need to change your tickets.

Dinner packages: Dinners will include your choice of either (a) appetizer and entree or (b) entree and dessert. Beverages, tax, and tip are not included. Click here for more information.

Seating: All seating is general admission. Arrive early to get your choice of seats!
